A $500.00 deposit is required in advance to ensure that your unit is ready for you when you arrive. Your deposit is due within 5 days of the date the reservation is made. Reservations will not be held without a deposit; deposits apply only to the specific dates reserved. Deposits apply to the last day of the reservation and will not be refunded in the event of check-out prior to the expiration of your reservation.

The balance of your unit rent for the reserved time is due and payable 14 days prior to arrival.

Due to the quality of our housekeeping vacation homes, please do not be offended when a security deposit is requested. Upon your departure, your unit will be inspected and cleaned. Any units requiring additional cleaning (dirty dishes, undue litter, and other abnormal cleaning) or maintenance (damaged furniture, walls, etc.) will be assessed an hour cleaning or repair charge. Your security deposit will be refunded by mail within seven working days.

Your deposit is a guarantee by you, our guest, that you will commit to fulfilling your reservation. We take your reservation seriously and our policy is intended to be fair with you. Once we reserve a housekeeping unit, we take it off the market, passing upon other potential guests. If it is necessary to cancel, we will do our best to fill the vacancy. Deposit refunds will only be made provided that the cancellation can be filled for the full term of the original reservation. A cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from your deposit regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
